FAQ & Important Info
Do you offer refunds? No! All ticket sales are final.
Do kids need a ticket? Kids under 8 are free.
Is the event pet friendly? Absolutely. Please keep pets on leash. Only service animals are allowed inside the historical buildings.
What time can I arrive? You must arrive at your ticketed time or later. NO EARLY ENTRY. This helps mitigate parking and flow.
Are the sound baths free? Soundbaths have a small fee of $25. Located at the church.
Can I bring outside food? Yes. And we encourage picnic blankets!
Which houses are available to tour? Available houses are those with the door open and with a volunteer at the entrance. We typically have 1-2 buildings available. Octagon house is only available for those with The Witch's Pass
Is there alcohol at the event? We are an alcohol free event but will have delicious mocktails!
Can I smoke? There is absolutely NO smoking! No fire! No burning of anything! You will be asked to leave.

Parking Information. PLEASE READ to avoid confusion!
Parking available at 3510 Pasadena Ave & 3545 Pasadena Ave.
One is a dirt road at the back of the museum and the other is the Heritage Metro parking. You will enter through the dirt road at the back of the museum and walk until you see a gate. An attendant will scan your ticket.
